Objective: B&B has been a top ranking show over the last 30 years, syndicated in tens of countries all over the world. When Second Screen apps came along, NBC wanted to revitalize the engagement with viewers and assure the success of the show in all the syndicated countries.

Solution: To heighten the experience of the viewers, we built a Second Screen app with content devoted to the show, which allowed the community of viewers and fans to chat in real-time, buy merchandise that was being promoted, take part in polls and have a personalized experience.
