Moving Ideas

Objective: Moving Ideas is an intermediary company that is hired by many large consumer-based companies to stack their goods in stores across Belgium. They needed to efficiently organize their workforce, of more than 500 people, across multiple large clients.

Solution: We designed a customized SaaS application to manage the requirements of their clients, conduct workflow efficiently and gather real-time reporting of completed tasks to both MI and their consumer products clients.

Results: This application has tripled productivity of their workforce, reduced cycle-times for planning to a few hours, addressed inefficiencies in the process and allowed their clients to receive pictures and reports of the final staging of their products in the stores in real-time.
