Objective: CBRE, a worldwide real estate agency, manages many shopping malls across the globe. They wanted to improve foot traffic to several shopping malls.

Solution: We developed the strategy, the creative content, and the execution plan that leverages social media to drive traffic to specific malls and specific shops based on customer needs. An app was also developed to give the shop managers the possibility to manage their own promotions.

Results: Foot traffic was doubled to ma ny shops and malls with the right target and promotions. This strategy and platform custom built for CBRE has been used for more than 5 years and continues to deliver great results.
